Return and Refund

At Gibson Overseas, Inc., we aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. This policy covers how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Return Eligibility
You have 30 days from receiving your order to return items. To be eligible for return:
✔ Unused and in original condition
✔ Original packaging and tags intact
✔ Proof of purchase (receipt/order confirmation) required

Items not meeting these criteria may not be accepted.

2. How to Initiate a Return

If approved:
✔ A return shipping label will be provided
✔ Instructions for returning the item will be sent

Important: Returns sent without prior authorization will not be processed.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Inspect your order upon arrival. If items are defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately for a replacement or refund.

4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
❌ Perishable products (e.g., food or beverages)
❌ Customized or personalized items
❌ Gift cards
❌ Sale or promotional items

If unsure about your item’s eligibility, please reach out before initiating a return.

5. Exchanges
To exchange an item:
✔ Return the original item as per the instructions
✔ Place a new order for the replacement product
This ensures faster processing.

6. International Orders – EU Customers
For orders shipped to the European Union:
✔ You can cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason
✔ Items must be unused and in original condition, with proof of purchase
This policy is in addition to our standard 30-day return policy.

7. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.
✔ Refunds are processed to the original payment method
✔ Allow up to 10 business days for processing
✔ Additional time may be required by your bank or card issuer

8. Return Address
A return shipping label from Gibson Overseas, Inc. is required before sending any items back.
